Career Pattern Survey for Educators

 Thank you for providing demographic and job task data. The next portion of this survey focuses on your attitudes and perceptions about being an Alzheimer Educator. It is inclusive of how you deal with trainees who provide care to persons with Alzheimer’s and dementia; how you feel about what you do; and your passion and desire to remain in the Alzheimer Educator profession.
